Measurement of Drell Yan process with the ATLAS detector
Presented by Dr. Szymon GADOMSKI on 4 Jun 2013 from 8:00 AM to 8:20 AM
Session: Morning Session - IX
Measurement of neutral current and charged current Drell Yan processes provide accurate tests of pQCD and give additional information to constrain proton parton density functions. The measurements of the W and Z production as well as of the neutral current process outside the Z boson mass peak were performed by the ATLAS collaboration using 7 TeV pp collision data. The results are compared to NNLO QCD predictions corrected for NLO EW effects calculated using various PDF sets.
